North Mankato

Located just across the river from Mankato, North Mankato is a growing city with approximately 13,500 residents. Lower North Mankato gives you a quaint small town feel with a large local parade and fun rides every July! Spring Lake Park is an attraction with one of the only sand bottom swimming pools in the area. The park offers sand volleyball, picnic areas and has a pond to feed the geese. Upper North Mankato has new housing developments with schools and parks and provides many conveniences for every day living.
